What a super productive morning! Step #1: take Cozmo to the beach for a morning romp. Step #2: resistance training. Step #3: wash and vacuum my Jeep (Coz brings much sand and fur:). Step #4: cut the grass (note to self… I am in SC = mid day is not the best time to do this). Step #5: fuel up. I definitely waited too long after my workout to eat. I am starving, but my liquid meal is quickly absorbed/digested.

Now I am off to write the new training for June. Can you believe it is already 1/2 way through the year???
